What does your whole30 journey look like?
Hello, I've been doing the whole 30 plan since Sunday. It's been going well, my food tastes good, I'm full, not too cranky but I've not yet noticed any energy boost- yet.
My meals today:
2 bullet proof coffees
(8 oz each organic dark roast coffee, 2oz each of unsalted butter and 1teasp. Each of coconut oil all whipped up in my bullet blender)
Noonish: 2hb eggs, 1.5 chicken thighs mixed with homemade mayonnaise on romaine leaves, 6 cherries
5ish: 1/2c trail mix
(Pumpkin seeds, cashews, sunflower seeds, dried apples, cranberry, cherry)
8pm chocolate chili, on romaine leaves, 1/2 avocado, 9 banana pepper slices, cut up cherry tomatoes ( best meal ever...reminiscent of sloppy joes)

Supper-two chicken paleo wraps w leftover chicken breast, w mustard and avocado (one small i hate the bleeping autocorrect avocado (bass?? really? Every single time?) and a 6 oz sweet potato w one half tbs CO
Oh, and I had a half cup honey mango for desert-that's the type of mango, not mango w honey. I can't spell the proper name, and it's not in the dictionary here. But bass is. trust me, bass is in there.
