Questionable pork

So, I have access to grass fed beef and vegetarian fed hens ( not clear if they're fed grains, but it's the best I can do) but as far as pork goes, the only thing I seem to find is "all natural" without hormones or antibiotics. I know pigs are omnivores, so a "grass fed" pig would be pretty scrawny.

My question is, well, is there something I should be looking for besides the all natural pork? I was planning on eating mainly chicken and wild caught tilapia, and occasionally pork-at $11 a pound, I'm not going to be eating much grass fed beef.

Also, the best chicken livers I can find are the Publix brand, they don't say vegetarian fed or anything. Is there another kind I should look for? Man, I'm beginning to think I should have done more research before I started this thing.

When I did it, I just used the best I could find. Small town, not a lot of organic and grass fed options

Yeah, I think I'm going to have to be flexible as well- we have a whole foods store, but they seem to have the same pork as everyone else :-)

I'm thinking getting rid of dairy and additives is more important, anyway.
