Paleo - dairy does not like my digestive system!

Primal - cheese is my friend! This is the diet my doctor recommended too.

I love cheese (mostly try to get organic and raw milk cheeses). I make kefir from raw cow's milk. Kerrygold butter.

I'm strict Paleo but since I've recently undergone surgery, I've switched to Primal. I added a grass fed whey protein shake to help with healing.

I don't use a lot of dairy, but I like having the option without it being a "cheat".
I strayed from this way of eating, and after last weekend having wheat several times and feeling awful, I decided I need to get back to it and detox.
I can have wheat occasionally, or in small amounts(say low-carb pitas)but having several servings over a few days really made me realize I need to pull back on it.

I'm new so I don't know the difference between Paleo and Primal, but I eat cheese, some nuts, occasionally berries, but no grains at all. Grains are bad mojo.
