Paleo and BFL anyone?

Has anyone done a 12 week Body for Life while eating only Paleo? I work out but want to crank it up a little and follow that program, which I like, but I want to eat whole foods and no shake or other supplements that are recommended. Just wondering if anyone has had success doing that.

I have done BFL in the past but not combined with Paleo. It should be a great combination.

Good luck! BFL is a great - and challenging - program.

Thanks for the response - I did BFL years ago and still love the program but it really was years ago. I am eating Paleo and although I have done some working out, I will follow the actual 12 week workout program beginning Monday, just hoping I eat properly to get enough energy. Thx again.
