my approach is shocking to much but.. I'm trying to eat a natural whole food type diet
but at moment my plan is stick to what is not causing me problems, like meat eggs and fats
my thing is My appetite is like hungry some days more then rest and others its not much but I don't know if i'm over doing it and can one day of eating alot mean that the weight being up 2lbs is a weight gain even tho not like was over 3500 or anything
have you tried to do a whole30 or a 21 day sugar detox?
