I am whole30 and that has no sugar.

So you focus on a clean 3 weeks? I have 3 weeks left of whole30.

Well wishes Kerry!

I'm here! I'm here! It'll just take the Whole30 to the next level, I think. I'm willing to try!! I'm fighting some raging PMS right now...something that didn't change in 30 days on Whole30. Let's see what nixing sugar does!

This looks better than whole 30 to me because I saw in the ad that there are recipes for smoothies that fit into the detox plan. Have you tried any of them?

Has anyone made the coconut muffins?

Also am wondering what I am missing as I don't see any differences in the levels as far as foods allowed.

I haven't found anything free Marika. I can waste $21 on binge foods quite easily so that is how I justified the cost in my mind.

not gain fat. but after I lost the 3lbs not only did my weight go down but my body fat percent...

I don't know why I gained... it could have been that time of month, I just wanted to let anyone know if it happens to them it will fall back off.. from yesterday to today I didn't gain though! Yay lol

Thanks Kerry. I see the differences now after looking more closely. Which level are you following?

I finished Day 1 today! It was nice to have a 1/4 cup of pinto beans with my chicken thighs. Also made a smoothie with 1/4 banana and scoop of avocado. So far I like this better than strict low carb which doesn't seem to satisfy me for long.

Day 2 finished here. I made the coconut biscuits today very calories dense but filling.

How is everyone doing?

I ended up joining a Whole90 challenge. I'm losing weight eating this way, and I'm afraid to restrict myself even more because I already have had to cut things out due to the food causing me nausea issues. I eat minimal fruit anyway, but I do eat sweet potatoes maybe 3 or 4 times per week. If I stop losing for whatever reason, I will be forced to be more restrictive about the starch and fruit.

Whole90 impressive Julie

I am on day 5 of the 21 DSD. I feel really hungry today and a bit grumpy as I haven't slept well for days. I am feeling lots of anxiety and depression as well, the only thing that helps is lots of walking, but my feet hurt and are getting blisters from all the miles I may try 5htp if it doesn't let up soon.

I'm not entirely sure what level of DSD you're on, jeaniem, but it might help to eat a green apple or some beans with your protein and fat? It could be you're detoxing and it's making you feel that way.
