Is WheatGrass Juice Paleo?
I was wondering whether or not wheat grass juice would be considered Paleo?
I ask the question because I'm thinking it has a different chemical make up than the grain since its the grass that is being juiced. Or do you think one would still encounter the allergic type reaction incurred from eating the grain by drinking the juice of the grass? ![]() |

I think wheat grass is paleo, not the juice. After all I guess our ancestors could have found wheat grass growing in the wild but I doubt they'd juice them. Wheat does not do me good so I would avoid it, besides...humans do not eat grass! Pass on the steak!! ![]() |
