CalicoGals PB journal

Hi all. I started Primal January 4th and promptly got the Flu. Last week I lost 10lbs (I have around 90 or so to lose depending on how my body composition changes). Over the weekend I lost another 2lbs. The hubby was going to start with me but changed his mind. I am trying to find a couple go to recipes. One I am excited about is the scramble from gnolls.org in his kitchen basics article I think #2. I used stir fry veggie mix from the freezer because its super easy right now. I am also full of greens so its a new week of experimentation and hopefully my poor guts catch up.

*sigh* I lost 2lbs to bring the 2 week total to 12 lbs. Best I have ever done. Having problems with night cravings. Had a few obstacles but I do managed to keep things together

I ended up losing a total of about 40lbs. Then I got sidetracked and while I have maintained that weight loss, I haven't made any further progress. I have started juicing and in combination with a primal type eating plan I have started losing weight again.
