AMAZING BENEFIT!!!!

OK so I go to the dentist every three months because no matter how much I brush and floss I have tartar... so in an effort to save my teeth I started the 3 month regime about 4 years ago.... well yesterday I went to the dentist for the 1st time since attempting Paleo and guess what........NO TARTAR! NONE ZIP ZERO ZILCH! I can NOT BELIEVE IT!

The Hygentist asked what I had been doing...... I told her I was eating Paleo - with the exception of January and a few little faulters here and there - and I am using a Paleo type tooth paste and still flossing 2x's a day like a good girl. Can you believe it........ I LOVE IT!!!!

That's amazing! I haven't had a cavity in years, but still get some "scale" or tartar, but I don't think it's nearly as bad as it used to be.
