Pack N Go and No Heat Idea's
Soooooo I'm kind of new... and I need some help.
My DD does gymnastics 3 nights a week so I am not at home to make dinner. On those days I have to pack 2 lunches, 2 dinners and snacks. I am looking for some easy idea's ( Besides the obvious salad) that can by quick, easy and no heat since there is no way to heat things at the gym. This is what I have so far: Salad w/ protein of some sort ( bacon, chicken, beef) nuts and eggs/beef jerky Cold chicken legs and veggies and that's all I have ![]()

Gotta go with the chicken tenders of any type. Saw that Chick Fil A finally has a naked chicken "nugget" - no breading, no frying. Nice and clean and baked. Even though we are low/no dairy right now in our house, I do keep string cheese on hand. Also love my primal trail mix (should you be able to handle nuts) which is: parts determined by you.....
Part: pecans, walnuts, almonds Add: pepitas (pumpkin seeds), sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, minimini bitter sweet chocolate chips. One to two ounces can be very filling and not to mention good for you. Add shelled pistachios and make double heart healthy |
