I thought I saw a recipe on here for Primal Banana Muffins does anyone know where I can find it? I thought these would be good for breakfast.

Made these yesterday Dottie. Sooooo good. Had 6 organic medium, VERY ripe bananas and adjusted the recipe accordingly. Wow! Made 20 !!! nice sized muffins. Added sunflower seeds instead of nuts (low on nuts over here). And next time I may add some of my trail mix *mini bittersweet choco chips, dried cranberries, pecans, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pepitas*. Breakfast done for hubs and myself for a week, plus dessert for him

Oooo..that does sound good. I'm going to get some bananas (I don't keep them around) and let them ripen just to try these!
