I'm new...Nov. primal/paleo challenge?
 
Hi everyone, I'm new to this site and I'd love to join a Nov. paleo/primal challenge if there is one.

I was primal for a good while and recently fell of the bandwagon with some unsuccessful bodybuilding-style diet experiments (read: lots of carbs on weight lifting days, no matter what type of carbs they were). After 2 months, I was able to make some decent strength gains (and body recomp) but I have suffered ill health effects in return (acne, digestion issues, other 'female' problems). Anyway, I'm over it. I'm ready to get back to the primal way of life, my body needs it!

Let me know if there is already a Nov. challenge set up, or if we can start one now/here. Thanks!

There will be one, it will be "stuck" at the top when someone starts it so it's easy to find:)

I LOVE Paleo/Primal eating.

I consider myself primal because I use stevia.

Thanks! I am also in the primal-camp, because I love to eat dairy and drink fermented red grape juice. ;-)

ooooh, I love me some fermented grapes as well! I drink all varieties.. though the unflavored ones. I like "real" wine.

I'm new too (to the boards). I have been eating Primal for about 6 weeks now and LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it. I too don't want to give up my dairy (cream in my decaf coffee, yogurt at night, cheese, and sweetener). Oh well.....I figure with no wheat/gluten and no sugar, I have to be doing something right! :yummy:
