B; coffee w/almond milk
Unstructured day. I have some deviled eggs made up, meatballs, tilapia so probably a protein based day today. Way too much sodium yesterday!

snack: deviled egg
D: tilapia, pan fried, on a bed of zucchini shreds that I'm going to cook in a little coconut milk and curry spices
S: hamburger on romaine leaves w/mustard, pickles, onions and tomatoes; roasted okra "fries" sort of
I deviated completely lol.
B was coffee but with coconut milk
D was 93% lean ground beef sauteed with chopped cabbage and tomatoes
S was salmon and green beans mixed with iceburg lettuce, cucumbers and bragg's vinegar
B: Eggs, shredded chicken, green onion, & white onion
L: Tuna, green onion, white onion, tomatoes, capers, & Spanish olives
D: Crab, tomato, green onion, and white onion omelet with coconut oil
It's a higher calorie day for me today:
B: coffee w/coconut milk and coconut oil(x2); bacon, egg and cheese flax muffin (2 large eggs, 2.5T flax meal, 2 slices chopped bacon, 1/2oz 2% sharp cheddar cheese)
Snack: ½ an avocado
D: chicken salad w/chicken breast, apple, walnuts, mayo, mustard and celery
S: chuck roast; boiled radishes w/ a little ghee; salad w/balsamic and evoo
1769 cals; 44g carbs; 20g fiber; 102g protein
B: Salmon & 3 eggs scrambled
L: Pork chop with dark chocolate mole and string beans
