I had a different experience yesterday. I felt really snacky but we didn't have anything but that was the first time I have felt snacky. I think I got off with my supplements and my breakfast probably wasn't big enough. Not really sure what happened. I didn't end up eating anything but I had cravings for the first time in a while. If there were pistachios in the house I would have ate them because they are paleo friendly, I probably would have overeaten them so I am glad there weren't any here.
