It's Sunday! what are you eating today?
Well I took yesterday off after the challenge and am back on track today:)

B: coffee
D: small sirloin; salad w/a little balsamic vinegar and evoo
S: probably the same as dinner
Snack: apple or peach

Meal 1 -> 2 scrambled eggs with some mushrooms + leftover cold roast with mayo
Meal 2 -> paleo-pizza with a crust of coconut. Sausage and tomato as a topping.

well I also went for the gold yesterday, and even though I stayed low carb I still went nuts and im up a little over a pound today. IM FINE with it though..
I have not eat breakfast yet but know I should eat something because we are going to a long street fair today and I know im going to have alot of walking to do.

I'm prob going to have my left over prime rib for breakfast/lunch (went to a christening party last night)
and maybe some sort of shish kabab for dinner or something? MY WHOLE BODY ACHES!
I'm not sure if its from the wine, or the taste of canoli cream or the pound of cheese hubby fed me..
I told hubby this morning, I have decided I hate food and liquor.. if its not our clean food at home I hate it.. lol

I'm up 1.5 but with all the salty food (fajitas, lots of cheese!) I'm shocked that's all it is lol.

the one thing that is great about paleo now is because im not eating so low carb, slip ups and going off plan don't cause a 10lb gain overnight.. (ok maybe not 10lbs but 5lbs deff)
I feel like poop butttttt i didn't gain a ton lol

True, with the calories I had yesterday and the salt, I expected 5 pounds.
I also noticed I'm tired today, like you feel when your sleep is disturbed a bunch of times during the night. I haven't had that feeling all month.

Meal 1: 2 Scrambled eggs with roast chicken
Meal 2: 3 Scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, capers, onions, salad, with olive oil and lemon juice. Ginger Lemon herbal tea.
