My total was a loss of 6.5lbs. I think it was more but I'v had a lot of high salt foods the last couple of days and I can tell I'm retaining water!
I'm pleased with that loss |

Odd but I was waiting to have my coffee with sweet n low and half&half and it just tasted odd after a month lol.
I enjoyed it more with just a little almond milk in it. It was good to have the chocolate coffee in the afternoon with sweetener, but I went with the almond milk again instead of half and half. Even this morning, I'm having it unsweetened with almond milk and I prefer it this way. Funny how our tastebuds change |
