I started at 158.9 and now am 150.8 that is an 8.1lb loss in a month and considering im so close to goal I think its amazing..

my waist is now 28" a 1" loss
Hips: 36.5" a 2" loss
Thigh: 24.5" and 1.5" loss
calf: 15.5" a .5" loss
upper arm: 11" with a .5" loss
so a total loss of 5.5"

I'm honestly beside myself. 8lbs and 5.5" WITH NO EXERCISE besides what I get jus walking around which is NOT exercise lol
And Keep in mind im 5'8 and WITH IN 20lbs OF MY GOAL WHICH IS SO HARD TO GET TO WHEN YOU ARE THIS CLOSE!

My total was a loss of 6.5lbs. I think it was more but I'v had a lot of high salt foods the last couple of days and I can tell I'm retaining water!
I'm pleased with that loss:)

I still have quite a bit to lose, but that challenge took me below a set point I've been at for months! So I'm really pleased with it:)

Odd but I was waiting to have my coffee with sweet n low and half&half and it just tasted odd after a month lol.
I enjoyed it more with just a little almond milk in it.
It was good to have the chocolate coffee in the afternoon with sweetener, but I went with the almond milk again instead of half and half.
Even this morning, I'm having it unsweetened with almond milk and I prefer it this way.
Funny how our tastebuds change:)

Great Job everyone. I managed about 12 - 13 lbs and dropped one dress size.
I have to go to the grocery store and get weighted on one of those huge scales for everyone to see - so I jump on and off really quick.

I did Primal in September and lost 5 pounds
I did Paleo in October and lost 5 pounds
I am switching back to Primal moving forward. Adding in Stevia and very limited dairy.
