I've been on/off paleo since May... The reason for my fluctuations being I was training for a half marathon, and in the early days I couldnt do my long sessions without feeling sick :( But the race is done now! And although I'm still racing, my next run is a little shorter, so my sessions dont need to be as long :)
Now, does anyone else keep an eye of the grams of carbs they consume, I seem to usually come in around the 60-85g a day mark...
How does this compare with others?
I don't really watch carbs, just eat whole foods. I glanced through my food tracker and I seem to get around 40g a day with 12-18g fiber average.
