How are you getting your omega 3's
all the sites, blogs, primal, paleo, etc suggest we get more omega 3's then 6s and 9s..
So I was wondering how is everyone making sure they are getting all of theres? |

I take fish oil and cod liver oil as well, at least a tbsp of each every day. I am trying to work towards the grass fed beef, lol.

I do cod liver oil pills, though they are better for vit A and D I think. Eggs from birds who are feed the right foods (ie no corn) also have omega 3 and some egg people will even advertise it. I love sushi so omega 3s are pretty easy for me

Oh , I guess I get mine from eggs and some fish cause I don't take any capsules...
![]() Maybe my ratio is okay cause I ditched all the vegetable oils and only use lard, coconut oil, Palm Oil, Butter and whatever runs off the meat I cook. |
