What's on your Thursday menu?
Day 1 of the 30 day challenge for me
B: hot tea; thai style paleo pancake (egg, coconut flour, green onion, shredded carrot, fish sauce, ginger) D: stir fry: beef sirloin, bok choy, green onions, mushrooms, ginger, garlic, fish sauce, siracha sauce; may add some grated orange peel and juice to it for a spicy orange beef. Or lemon. Not sure yet. S: ground beef patty(Laura’s lean only because they were on sale); mashed butternut squash w/carmalized onions(coconut oil), a pinch of nutmeg and cinnamon, salt and pepper |

for breakfast I had scrambled eggs with bokchoi and uncured bacon.
snacks were an apple and plum lunch was a salad with shrimp oil and vinegar I have no clue what im doing for dinner.. I might make an egg/tuna scramble type thing.. |

B: iced decaf coffee w/coconut milk; 2 poached eggs (pastured) 1/2 avocado
L: hamburger patty, sauteed veggies, iced tea D:filet mignon, roasted broccoli & bacon, iced decaf coffee w/coconut milk snack after work/before dinner: handful of cashews, spoonful of coconut manna |
