New here - whats the difference

What's the difference between this plan and atkins.

Never heard of Paleo?

On Atkins I never ate frankinfoods or potatoes, pasta etc and limited my fruits. Limit my dairy to cream in my once a week cup of coffee.

Now that I have developed allergies to dairy, rice, eggs, gluten and some veges and fruits I am interested in doing something different.

Thanks
