What's on your Tuesday menu?
B: black iced coffee; may have some scrambled eggs later
D: tilapia (simply pan fried w/ coconut oil); kimchi
S: grilled sirloin; green beans; sliced tomatoes
Snack: may have a cooked applesauce w/cranberries
Good Morning Dottie.
Breakfast: smoked mackerel; several cups of coffee
Lunch: Mushroom Soup, a bag of green leaves, not sure what most of them are! with some cherry tomatoes.
Dinner: trying to decide - I just saw meatloaf on Nomnompaleo - I have never had meatloaf before and it looks yummy - and a great thing for a few work lunches too.

L: 8 oz T-bone & brocolli
D: 8 curry meatballs & string beans
ETA: I just realized that this is a paleo thread. I think the above menu is within the scope though, I am not sure about the bacon
Animord: my husband loves meatloaf:) I think he'd eat it every day if I'd make it (lol).
Toned: Depends on who you read! Cordain says no to bacon, but reading crossfit and some other sites and blogs, it's ok occasionally? Pancetta seems to get the "ok" more often.
There are some brands of nitrate-free bacon which I think are considered fine on paleo.
I've seen a few recipes for curing your own bacon, but I'm a bit concerned about doing that myself lol.
