D: chili
Snack: roasted turkey leg (store had fresh turkey legs today yeah!)
S: tuna, salad, cukes, tomatoes, radishes, romaine, spinach, vinegar, evoo
Snack: small peach

ooh im having left over frozen chili for dinner dottie! its like we are having dinner together! hahahaha

I had coffee/banana smoothie for breakfast
and half a rotassarie chicken for lunch.
