B: banana, Random stuff in the fridge Latte.. ha.. part raw milk (so it wouldn't get tossed) and part coconut milk. 1 raw food min bar
L: a few bites of a egg/tuna salad I made.. but only a few bites because I don't remember when I made it (found it in the work fridge). Greek Yogurt, Belly shot, tanka wild buffalo stick, and I'll snack on trail mix till its time to leave work. D: I'll probably reheat one of my stuffed mushrooms for me and try to think of something creative for my son. Not sure yet on him. He was not impressed with my stuffed mushrooms, though he did at least try one. |

Off topic... but it turns out the reason why I didn't remember when I made the egg salad is because it wasn't mine! Eeek. Glad I didn't eat it all.

I went all out for dinner and had about 3 oz. raw grass fed beef liver, half a dozen raw clams, 1/2 cup raw buttermilk, 1.5 cups raw clabbered milk, 1 cup chicken bone broth, 2 raw farm egg yolks, 1/2 cup kombucha, a few tablespoons lactofermented sauerkraut. I was surprised, it was actually pretty good. I kept expecting to get sick afterward but no problems, I actually feel pretty good. Hopefully I can keep that up.
