I have been a bad cavegirl!

I need to clean up my diet.. While I have not fallen off the wagon, I have been eating to much garbage!
I think its time to dust off my sholders and get up and get back in gear..
I can't wait untill sept 1st to start my strict paleo again and see how it goes!

I know what you mean. I've been about 90% on plan, but I need to focus on the weekend and evening eating more and clean that up!

I cant deviate from paleo, my arthritis is horrible if I do. I have been doing paleo since january, I had SO much body pain, now its nearly non existent! I'm so happy how much better I feel. I can move so much easier.
It's strange, paleo is supposed to help with rheumatoid arthritis, I have osteoarthritis, it reduced the inflamation in my joints dramatically, I feel great now. I believe this body pain was just bad enough to keep me on the straight and narrow so to speak lol.

sadie, if I deviate as well-even with natural sweetners like honey or agave, my legs just swell up-also around my rib cage. I HATE the feeling.

I am on the whole 30 and I love it. I probably will not add dairy back in at all-I am just going to continue it with the sept 1st challenge.

I cheated a LOT this weekend... to the tune of getting Taco Bell one night because I was starving and driving. I REALLY need to put snacks in the car! (my son's dad lives 2 hours away and that is where I was going).

I plan on cracking down this week, gotta practice for Sept

desdemona-I keep a small baggie with 3 big brazil nuts in my glove box--they will totally take the hunger away until you get home.

just because you are hungry does not mean you will starve either-let you body go through the hunger. This is normal.

Yea, I am a total weakling when it comes to ignoring hunger pains. I can't stand them. I did a 1 day fast once... quite a few years ago, and it made me ill to my stomach. I cheated with a sunflower seed (just one, haha).

I am going to work on it though! I do get light headed if I go to long with out eating. I really need to find out if I have a blood-sugar issue. There is diabetes in the family so its possible.
