In no particular order, busy day: sirloin steak(small, with eggs and avocado); tilapia; cucumbers; zucchini; tomatoes; tea and 1 cup coffee for breakfast |

I had the small sirloin with mushrooms and a side of zucchini for dinner.
Not hungry so having a little chicken liver pate for supper (I love this stuff!). |

I was baddddddddddddd yesterday!
for breakfast I had a coffee and almond milk with a scoop of pp, and banana lunch was left over chicken dinner was 3 double cheeseburgers sans the buns from mcdonalds.. yesterday we walked about 10 miles.. |
