Readily available paleo/primal allowed goods?
Any brands you can pick up locally at most major stores?
I know Eden organics have a good variety in most major stores for fire roasted tomatoes, tomato sauce, and other canned goods with no additives. Boars head deli meats have no additives, but you have to check the labels because some are high sodium. http://www.boarshead.com/pdf/NutritionBook_06_2011.pdf (says no artificial ingredients, minimally processed, but they only list the nutritional values, not ingredients). |

I love Applegate farms! Trader Joes is great if you want to buy raw cheese without paying a arm and a leg.
Amazon is a good place to shop for non-refrigerated type of items. If you sign up to have it delivered automatically then its cheaper. They have "super-saver" shipping if you don't have a Prime account. However, if you order enough stuff from them the Prime account is well worth it. I get seaweed snacks for my son through them and Tanka Wild Buffalo sticks for myself. Though the buffalo sticks have wild rice in them so they may not be for some Paleo/Primal wise. |
