What's on your Thursday menu?
D: I was thinking of doing a BLT on a coconut flour biscuit, but I may just do a BLT salad instead, not sure yet.
S: chuck roast; yellow squash sauteed in butter with onions and tomatoes
B: my usuall latte drink I talked about in my previous post and a couple of mini RAW*Rev bars (which are probably a bit too carbie since I had some chocolate ones)
L: salad with eggs and miso dressing
S: Not sure... needs to be something with ground chuck since I have some thawed in the fridge, might try to find a carb-primal meatball recipie in hopes my son will actually eat something I cook
