What's on your Tuesday menu?
Good morning
B: tea D: 5oz ribeye steak, 1 large egglands best egg and 3 button mushrooms topped with fresh pico de gallo (1tsp coconut oil) snack: 1/2 an avocado - I had brunch instead of dinner lol S: 4-5oz chicken breast sauteed w/ 1/2 cup peppers and onions; 1 cup cauliflower "rice" w/lime, cilantro and 1 roma tomatoe; 1/2 an avocado (1 tsp coconut oil) Now here's the issue: IF I have the half avocado as a snack, it's still only 910 calories for the day! 910 cals; 55g fat; 36g carbs; 17g fiber; 75g protein

bfast-1 small sweet potato, 2 tbl of coconut milk (the creamy stuff off the top mashed with the sp), 3 oz of filet, coffe w/ 2tbl of coconut milk
lunch-4 oz salmon, 2 cups broc cooked in 1 tbl coconut oil don't know the rest!!! probably more salmon and asparagus. Laura Lee |

i try to get at least 100g of protein. is this bad for our kidneys? I don't know if I have read anything to that affect or not. It all gets scambled in my brain.

I eat around 70 to 100 grams of protein per day also, depending on how hungry I am for it. I also dont ever measure my foods, just guess. I cant limit vegetables, they are what fill me up. I do watch (try to lol) my fats, I know heating up olive oil is not supposed to be good for you, but I dont always want to fry in coconut oil or other. Do any of you make your own ghee?
Not sure what I'm going to eat today, I do know I want a really big salad with alot of variety for Lunch. Steak does sound good for Dinner, some fresh green beans with bacon and onion too.
