What's on your Monday menu?

B: Coffee
D: ribeye pan fried with onions in coconut oil; sliced cucumbers
S: burger patty wrapped in lettuce with tomato, onion, pickles and mustard; roasted asparagus

dottie-I have been looking to see what you eat for a while now-and I eat so much more than you!!!

b-coffee with cinnamon and coconut cream

mid morn-salmon, 2 zucchini broiled with 1 tbl of coconut oil
veggie smoothie-coconut water (from can), sweet potato, spinach, handful of fruit, tbl of cocoa

snack-boiled egg

dinner-probably filet and a ton of broccoli, berries with coconut cream

Oh it's plenty! lol An 8oz ribeye for dinner and a 6oz burger patty (85/15 fat) for supper, probably half a pound of asparagus tossed with a tablespoon of evoo, really filling
If I get hungry, I have a hard boiled egg or something as well
