B: Coffee D: ribeye pan fried with onions in coconut oil; sliced cucumbers S: burger patty wrapped in lettuce with tomato, onion, pickles and mustard; roasted asparagus |
dottie-I have been looking to see what you eat for a while now-and I eat so much more than you!!!
b-coffee with cinnamon and coconut cream mid morn-salmon, 2 zucchini broiled with 1 tbl of coconut oil veggie smoothie-coconut water (from can), sweet potato, spinach, handful of fruit, tbl of cocoa snack-boiled egg dinner-probably filet and a ton of broccoli, berries with coconut cream Laura Lee |
Oh it's plenty! lol An 8oz ribeye for dinner and a 6oz burger patty (85/15 fat) for supper, probably half a pound of asparagus tossed with a tablespoon of evoo, really filling:)
If I get hungry, I have a hard boiled egg or something as well :) |
I may change the asparagus to butternut squash 'fries' since I have a nice squash calling my name :)

I love squash-all of them!!! butternut is so good. sometimes I put ghee in mine mashed up. ghee is my only dairy. from what I read it is lactose free.

Skipped the squash and had an avocado with supper :)

I will look for that brand, at our health food store, It was $7 for a very small container. Not trying to be cheap, but it seemed like alot
