What's on your Wednesday Menu?
Back on track today!
ever since I ate that lara bar, I've been having wild cravings and binging. "legal" foods, but way too much!
Today I'm armed with L-glutamine and I'm getting control back.
lol except hitting enter too quick.
B: coffee w/ 1/2& 1/2 and sweet n low
D: tilapia cooked with tomatoes and onions; shredded cabbage tossed with evoo and braggs vinegar
S: burger patty topped w/a canned green chili, some sliced avocado and a meunster cheese(maybe 1/2 an ounce of cheese); steamed cauliflower w/butter - trying to get the fattiness up to stave off the evening munchies!
