Well, I can't eat Lara bars

I decided to try the Pecan Pie one and major cravings and hunger!
It was good, but not something that I can work into my eating plan.

Yeah, I like them a little too much. Funny thing though, I can just eat a date and be happy. But if there are Larabars around I want them. Dates are so delicious. I try not to eat them plain. I like to incorporate some fat. So I split it open, remove the pit, and s/f peanut butter, or cream cheese, or coconut oil. The coconut is my new favorite. The date flavor really brings out the coconuttyness in the oil.

I love dates and figs. Maybe after not eating anything sweet, to that degree of sweetness, for so long it was just too much lol. The pecan pie bar was really good, but it didn't taste like a pecan pie (that I remember) but it did taste like a Turkish dessert I had once. I don't remember the name but it was dates soaked in a sugar and molasses(I think) syrup then mixed with chopped nuts.

I think most of the Lara Bars taste overwhelmingly like dates except for the strongly flavored ones.
