B: Coffee D: shrimp tacos (tossing shrimp with olive oil and some Slap Ya Mama seasoning and roasting it in the toaster oven; egg-tilla and some home made paleo cole slaw as a filling) S: quick chili (ground beef, onions, rotel tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, pepper) topped with diced onions |
Dottie, what do you mean by roasting the shrimp? What temp, and for how long? Thank you.

Convection toaster oven, 350 for 10 minutes :) (big shrimp - 6-7 minutes for smaller ones)
