![]() B: Coffee D: was going to be a quick chili but I've got a zillion errands to run so probably a leftover sauteed chicken breast and salad S: sirloin steak, probably pan fried in coconut oil with some onions. Zucchini if it looks good at the store today (always a crap shoot lately!), tomatoes and cucumbers. |

Good morning!!
coffee w/hwc, scrambled eggs (3), water or..... a paleo shake made w/strawberries, coconut milk, coconut oil, plain full-fat yogurt, 2 eggs, and honey salad w/shredded cheese, almonds, 1 pc dark chocolate grilled brats w/salad I was feeling guilty about eating bacon and sausage ocassionally, but I recently read on Marks Daily Apple that it isn't a big deal...just don't overcook it.
