What's on your Monday menu?
B: Coffee
D: cod fillets, not sure yet how I'm going to cook them. May just bake with garlic, evoo and parsley; roasted cauliflower S: I picked up some organic chicken and apple sausages from a local meat market, no preservatives so I will probably slice and pan fry those, maybe some sauteed cabbage (sounds good with chicken and apple) on the side Have a great day! |

Chrystee do you make that cashew cheeze yourself? I have made something like that when I did vegan, I would love a recipe if you do :) sounds good

In food processor: I use 1 cup soaked raw cashews (soak overnight) juice of one lemon 1 or 2 fresh garlic cloves ground pepper couple tbsp water I think that is it.. or you can google ani phyo black pepper cheeze. :) |
