What's on your Wednesday menu?
B: coffee w/sweet 'n low and 1/2&1/2
D: grilled chicken breast on spaghetti squash with a spicy tomato sauce and topped w/Parmesan cheese with a butter lettuce salad topped w/evoo and organic acv (also with a sprinkle of the parm cheese)
S: shrimp salad (shrimp, mayo, chili sauce) on butter lettuce
I may make some kale chips to snack on. I just tear fresh kale leaves, mist with olive oil then a little sea salt and bake at 400 for 5-7 minutes.
