B: Coffee D: flounder pan fried topped w/shrimp, butter, garlic and parsley; zucchini tossed w/lemon juice, olive oil and a little parmesan cheese S: lean hamburger patty on So close to being a big old southern style biscuit! w/paleo style mayo, pickles and onions; may bake some zucchini for "fries" Have a great day! ![]() |

Today we had/are having: B: just coffee for me, eggs, bacon and avocado for hubby L: leftover stuffed pepper mix (ground lamb, sausage, diced veggies) D: We're having roasted salmon, carrots, asparagus and cherry tomatoes I hope you're having a nice day Dottie! |
