pork sausage,onions,mushrooms,spinach
black coffee

Dinner
BBQ grass fed ground beef
onion,tomatoe,lettuce, homemade mayo,mustard,pickles

L: salad of some sort
D: Lamb ribs, sauted beet greens & zuchinni not sure how I want to make it yet.

Probably an iced coffee w/hwc today I missed it..I brought it back.

Granolamom, I am going to make lamb (grass fed even!!) for the first time tomorrow, they are chops, do you or anyone else have a recommended way to cook them?

I want to add half and half back into my coffee, I havent had it for so long, I miss it alot!! especially when I smell the wonderful scent at Starbucks!!

sorry I didn't see this. How were your chops? I am pretty new to lamb cooking as well. I have made chops I think I broiled them and they turned out wonderful.
