I may change that dinner up and make an egg-tilla for the taco to get my calories up!
Still haven't had breakfast lol. I am no a breakfast eater, the ice cream sounded good last night when I was planning my menu for today, but not so much this morning. |

Did a pretty heavy workout this morning so I had a whey protein shake and added 2T full fat organic yogurt to it.
I did skip breakfast, so I needed it. |
