B: Workout, green smoothie recovery shake.....1 hr later eggs scrambled with squash and onion in coconut oil
L: BIG salad with 2 chicken tenderloins sauteed with onion in olive/coconut oil D: Shrimp sauteed in coconut oil w/roasted garlic and herb seasoning and sauteed broccoli slaw, will add a side salad if still hungry |

Its 3:30 pm here, so far today
Breakfast, coffee, few grape tomatoes (wishing I could eat eggs, every time I do, I get SO itchy) Lunch, leftover sliced pork chop on romaine leaves (mayo, pickle, tomato,avocado) snack, bite of 99% chocolate, few coconut flakes, more coffee Dinner is going to be spagetti squash hamburger TJ's organic marinara sauce green beans (good sugges Dottie) |
