B:well its 10am and not sure...maybe a flax muffin or just some tea L:Eggs, spinach & onions D: soooooo I thought I had taking a quarted chicken out 2 days out of the freezer well last night realized they were wings....didnt want to have those last night so tonight I'll finally have my chicken |

I am still here. Had a rough adjustment to an antidepressant, but my appetite is back, and I think I'm done feeling sick to my stomach. Had a few off days where I was either eating nothing or binge eating junk food, but I am back.
