B:nada
L:3/4 of a serving of coconut bark w/hemp seeds, 3 eggs over easy with sauted spinach & onions D: Didn't end up having roast chicken yesterday so today I'll roast the chicken & have indian slaw or sauted beet greens. I've been good this week about upping my fluids....I think that the combo of cutting out my HWC (It was getting excessive like replacing meals with my iced coffee) and drinking lots of water and upping my fish oil I dropped the 3lbs I had put on recently I look forward to having my HWC back but I'm happy to find foods that are satisfying. I was getting a bit lazy with my food choices.

I think they taste better than flax...they do have a nice nutty taste, its mild though. Great on salads. In the past I've used hemp protein powder for smoothies.
