D: leftover curry probably
S: burger patty w/cheese, big salad w/evoo and bragg's vinegar
B- 2 strips bacon, omelet with peppers & onions,
L- sardines, zucchini & tomatoes
S- I plan to have stir-fry (bok choy, mushrooms, peppers, onions & chicken)
Snacks-2 strips of bacon (leftover from breakfast cause my husband didn't want his)
B:3 eggs scrambled with baby spinach and a few diced onions.
L:Salad: Fajita chicken topped with avocado, tomatoes & redwine vinegar
D:Roasted chicken, indian style slaw and maybe some sauted beet greens.
Snacks: green tea & coconut bark made with hemp seeds
