protein shake with raspberries and coconut milk BAS with salmon CHicken wings with another BAS |
I'm new to Paleo and transitioning so I might have some non-paleoish stuff at first
B: 2 fried eggs with a small piece of ribeye L: marcona almonds, coconut bark w/hemp seeds D:Fajita chicken salad : chicken breast, green peppers, onions on top of romaine tomatoes & red wine vinegar 3 tsp fish oil I think I'll have some green tea |
B- sausage with peppers & onions, scrambled eggs
L- hamburger patty, lettuce, tomatoes & onions D- Taco salad (just lettuce, tomatoes, ground beef & a little salsa) Snack-pineapple bits/almonds |
B- Coffee with HWC (didn't want to open a can of coconut milk just for my coffee)
L- Leftover Bison Liver with onions and cabbage. Half a Coconut. D- Broccoli, Cauliflower and Spinach fried in pork fat and curry powder. |
