What's on your Friday menu?
B: Coffee
D: lean ground beef cooked with tomatoes, jalapenos and onions S: not sure yet, maybe chicken liver pate and celery or something along the high-fat/very low-carb line |
breakfast: four pieces of bacon (sure it's not enough protein, but I couldn't do a sweet protein shake this morning)
lunch: pork chops and spinach salad dinner: ? usually cook with my DBF on Friday...probably something like grilled ribeye with roasted vegetables and a couple of glasses of wine |
