b: 2 hard boiled eggs, bacon
s: slightly thawed mixed berries with coconut cream
l: @ buffet I had 2 sliders, no bun, steamed broc, chicken breast, brussel sprouts
d: re-heated rotisserie chicken, 1/4 of a sweet potato, sprinkled with cinnamon
s: sliced peppers, broc and celery dipped in guacamole

breakfast: protein shake
lunch: taco salad, no chips
dinner: spinach salad with chicken, bacon, olive oil dressing, piece of mocha dark chocolate
