B: 2 fried eggs, coffee w/hwc.... may try to put in some avocado on the side L: BIG salad for some veggies! D: probably a bunless burger.... going out to eat before we fly out to the Pacific Northwest on a red eye tonite! |

breakfast: protein shake, 50g of protein lunch: homemade taco salad, no chips, blueberries dinner: I baked up a tray of pork chops and chicken for this week...we'll see what sounds the best when I get home from work tonight |
