B: coffee; home made pork sausage patty w/1 egg and some salsa (trying to get some protein in the mornings)

Hello!

B: 2 fried eggs, coffee w/hwc.... may try to put in some avocado on the side
L: BIG salad for some veggies!
D: probably a bunless burger.... going out to eat before we fly out to the Pacific Northwest on a red eye tonite!

Good morning!

breakfast: protein shake, 50g of protein
lunch: homemade taco salad, no chips, blueberries
dinner: I baked up a tray of pork chops and chicken for this week...we'll see what sounds the best when I get home from work tonight

Changed it up a bit, supper will be a ribeye and broccoli w/butter.
Really trying to get my calories up a bit!
