Saturday Menus!
Good morning :)
B: coffee D: chuckeye steak pan fried w/just salt and pepper and evoo (maybe 6oz steak and 1T evoo) topped w/2T http://www.lowcarbfriends.com/bbs/lo...light=cilantro S: smoked chicken leg quarter (approx 6-8oz meat and skin); cauliflower(aprox 1 cup steamed and mashed w/1 clove garlic and 2tsp kerrygold butter) I included the amounts because I was wondering if anyone else has a problem getting their calories up on paleo? I do try to get in a few high calories days a week, but most of the time I'm satisfied with these amounts (which are generally under 1000 cals). |

B coffee bacon, small piece sweet potato L chicken leg, cucumber slices, radishes iced coffee black D steak, saute onion,red pepper,spinach, added 1/3 cup coconut milk, red curry, lime juice Snack nitrate free (appelgate) hot dog, mustard, small bite bittersweet chocolate (it was bedtime, didnt want to be awake all night) |
