Another Primate checking in
Hi all.
I just joined the forum. I read the Paleo Diet and Primal Blueprint, and took it from there. It seems to work really well. I don't eat bugs though. |

Get organic romaine hearts. "Organic" means "with bugs included" I think, judging by the amount of buggy lettuce I've gotten.

DFH--the only sane way I have lost weight is 3 meals a day with no snacks--snacking was the biggest problem--I had no idea what a difference it would make when I allowed my insulin time to clear blood glucose--4 hours between meals and a long IF fast from dinner to brunch at 11 has made all the difference for me--I am not going to mess with that by trying all that protein within 30mins of waking.

I wouldn't rule out eating bugs, but I don't know which ones taste good and which ones to avoid. Someone should write a book or have a website on the local edible ones. Heck, aren't locusts considered kosher if prepared correctly?
